A person driving an all-terrain vehicle as defined in § 10.10.010 may ride only on a permanent seat attached to the vehicle. No passenger may ride in a position that will interfere with the driving or control of an all-terrain vehicle or the view of the driver (13 AAC 02.425). All-terrain vehicles may carry no more than one passenger at a time. Any passenger on an all-terrain vehicle must wear a helmet.
