A. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an all-terrain vehicle on the dock portion of the city small boat harbor, including the fingers and floats located therein, or upon any boardwalk within the limits of the City of King Cove, except in cases of emergency.
B. All-terrain vehicles shall only be operated within the limits of the City of King Cove on public streets or roadways. Operation of all-terrain vehicles off the public streets or roadways is prohibited, except in cases of emergency.
