7.25.020 Reporting requirements.

Any person causing or observing the improper disposal of used oil shall immediately report the incident to the King Cove Harbor, the King Cove Public Works Department or the King Cove Police Department. Large discharges may require additional reporting to ADEC. Such state or federal reporting requirements remain the responsibility of the individual causing or observing the incident in addition to the reporting requirements of the city code.
