For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
Improper disposal: Includes, but is not necessarily limited to, discharging, spilling, leaking or allowing to leak, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying or dumping.
Used oil: Includes motor oil that has been used in a boat, automobile, ATV, aircraft, generator, or engine of any type; oil filters which contain used motor oil; and rags or other absorbents that contain used motor oil.
