7.15.040 Alcoholic liquor--Sale. gift. delivery to certain persons prohibited.
No person shall sell, furnish, give or deliver any alcoholic liquor to any person who is:
   1.   intoxicated.
   2.   under the age of 19 years.
   3.   a habitual drunkard or a habitual user of drugs.
The burden shall at all times be upon the licensee and his employees to determine the age and sobriety of any patron.
