7.10.055   Disposal of dogs at owner's request.
Any person wishing to have his/her animal(s) destroyed by the enforcement officer may do so upon consent of the owner that the animal be destroyed. A fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per animal will be assessed. (See attached waiver)
