Any dog, licensed or unlicensed, which has proved to be vicious, shall be destroyed by the enforcement officer.
For the purpose of this ordinance, any dog shall be deemed vicious which has bitten a person or domestic animal without molestation; or which, by its actions, gives indication that it is likely to bite a person or domestic animal without molestation.
