5.30.240 Financing.
   A.   The city may finance all or a part of the costs of a local improvement under this chapter as provided in Title 29 of Alaska Statutes.
   B.   The council may, by ordinance or resolution, as appropriate, establish or authorize such terms and conditions as it finds appropriate for financing the costs of improvements under this chapter.
