5.30.210 Sufficiency of notice.
Notice required to be given under this chapter is sufficient if the time the notice is posted, published, or mailed and the content of the notice are in substantial compliance with the requirements of this chapter. Notice that is not sufficient as to an individual or parcel does not affect the validity of any proceeding, assessment, or lien under this chapter as to any other individual, parcel, or the remainder of the district.
