5.30.180 Assessments to be liens; enforcement.
Assessments are liens upon the property assessed and are prior and paramount to all other liens except municipal property tax liens. They may be enforced as provided in AS 29.45.320 through 29.45.470 for the enforcement of property tax liens, except foreclosure actions may be commenced more or less often than annually.
