5.30.090 Council action on proposed district.

Upon receipt of the report and recommendation of the mayor and a resolution proposing the establishment of a local improvement district, the council may introduce the resolution and set a time for a public hearing on the resolution. The hearing shall be for the purpose of hearing objections to the improvement and formation of the district.
