A. All real and personal property not expressly exempt by the City of King Cove shall be subject to annual taxation at its full and true value based upon the actual value of the property assessed.
B. The rate of levy of tax, the date of equalization of the tax and the date when taxes shall become delinquent, shall be fixed annually by resolution of the council and shall not exceed three percent of the assessed value of the property assessed.
