5.20.335   Criminal penalties.
   A.   A person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter commits a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) in addition to any civil penalties assessed.
   B.   Each violation of a provision of this chapter constitutes a separate offense and each day upon which a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
