5.05.120 Audit. 1/   
Prior to the end of each fiscal year the council shall designate a qualified individual who, as of the end of the fiscal year, shall make an independent audit. Such person shall have no personal interest, direct or indirect, in the financial affairs of the city or of any of its officers. A copy of the audit shall be filed with the State Department of Community and Regional Affairs.
