4.40.040   Absentee ballots--Executing outside city.
After receiving an absentee voter's ballot, the voter may appear on any day prior to and including the day of election, before a notary public, clerk or officer of any city, state, territory or district within the United States. Before the officer he may complete his ballot as set out in § 4.40.035.
