1.15.010   Laws of Alaska; Violations; Ordinances not exclusive.  
No person shall violate any law of the State of Alaska, nor any rule or regulation adopted by any duly authorized agency of the State of Alaska. Violations of the foregoing shall be violations of the code of ordinances of the City of King Cove, Alaska, except where the state has exclusive jurisdiction over the offense.
