9.12.020: DISCHARGE OF AIR GUNS PROHIBITED:

It is unlawful for any person to discharge an air gun within the city. For purposes of this section, "air gun" shall mean any device which fires a projectile by means of compressed air or water. Violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine of not more than that allowed by state statute and/or imprisonment for not more than ten (10) days. (Ord. 471 § 2, 1995: Ord. 469 § 2, 1995)
