§ 113.07 NOTICES.
   All notices shall be in writing and hand delivered or mailed by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid to:
               Town of Kill Devil Hills
               Attention: Town Manager
               PO Box 1719
               Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948
or to such other addresses as may be provided in writing from time to time. Mailed notices shall be deemed received three days after posting.
