§ 96.08 DUTY TO OBEY LOCATION ORDERS.

All users of the Atlantic Ocean within the town's jurisdiction, including, but not limited to swimmers, surfers, skimboarders, and fishermen, shall follow the orders of ocean rescue life guards and/or police officers which direct the user(s) regarding the safest manner or location for engaging in their chosen activity.
