§ 31.60 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   Pursuant to G.S.§ 160D-302, the Board of Commissioners establishes a Board of Adjustment for the purpose of hearing matters as provided for in the enabling act of the General Assembly.
