In the RH Zone, buildings and/or land shall be used for the following purposes:
(A) Single-family dwellings;
(B) Duplex dwellings;
(C) Multi-family dwellings of three or more units per dwelling;
(D) Hotels and motels;
(E) On-site accessory uses or structures to divisions (A), (B) or (C) of this section. Accessory dwelling units (long-term occupancy) to division (A) of this section;
(F) Playgrounds;
(G) Auditoriums, convention centers, assembly halls;
(H) Places of worship, daycare centers, schools (public or private); and
(I) Swimming pools, tennis courts.
