(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, corporation, association or other entity to operate a sexually oriented business, except as specifically permitted by the Zoning Code and licensed in accordance with Ch. 112 of the town code.
(B) Any and all activities associated or related to sexually oriented businesses shall occur only on the premises of a previously approved and licensed sexually oriented business as outlined in the Zoning Code.
