§ 130.08 PLAY VEHICLES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   Riding play vehicles on public property is prohibited. No person shall ride a play vehicle upon any privately owned sidewalk, pedestrian walkway or parking area where signs prohibiting the activity or activities have been posted by the owner, lessee or property manager of that property. For the purposes of this section, a play vehicle shall include but not be limited to bicycles (except whereby bicycles may be used as a contemporary mode of transportation upon the vehicular travel area), coasters, skateboards, roller skates, in-line skates, unicycles, sleds or other non-motorized vehicles upon which a person may ride.
