§ 130.07 DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS.
   (A)   No person shall fire a pistol, rifle, shotgun or other firearm or lethal or deadly weapon of any description within the corporate limits of the town, except where the person shall have authorization provided by law for discharge of the weapon.
   (B)   Bow hunting for deer is authorized, as defined by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission, on lands located within the corporate limits of the town as designated and included in the Report of the Deer Committee dated July 5, 1995 by persons properly registered and in a regulated "Bow Hunt," who have signed releases of the appropriate agencies, the Town of Kill Devil Hills, the Town of Nags Head and The Nature Conservancy.
