It shall be unlawful for any person(s), firm or corporation to post, tack, nail, attach or in any other manner fasten or locate bills, circulars, posters, notices, papers, menus or other advertising materials of any description to any poles, tree, vehicle, public or private property, or any other structure situated within the town and adjacent to or on the streets, roadways and access areas, provided that lawful signs as are permitted under the Zoning Code shall not be affected by this section.
