§ 117.20 AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT.

Upon the enactment of the ordinance codified herein, the Kill Devil Hills Town Manager is authorized to enter into a franchise agreement with Bay Disposal Inc. d/b/a Outer Banks Hauling, containing the terms as set out in the ordinance codified herein.
