Violation by the franchisee of any local, state or federal law or any term or provision of this franchise agreement or filing bankruptcy or failing to maintain insurance required by this subchapter, may result in immediate termination of the franchise without notice by Kill Devil Hills, except that either party may terminate the franchise agreement upon 120 days written notice to the other and to all subscribers.
