§ 117.02 SHORT TITLE.
   (A)   This chapter shall be known and may be cited as Chapter 117 and shall become a part of the ordinances of the town.
   (B)   This chapter shall take effect and be enforced from and after its adoption.
   (C)   All ordinances or parts of the Town of Kill Devil Hills Code that conflict with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed.
