§ 115.47 APPEALS.

Decisions rendered by the Chief of Police or his designee regarding issuance or revocation of a taxicab driver's permit as provided in this subchapter may be appealed directly to the Board of Commissioners at their next regular meeting subject to meeting agenda constraints.
