§ 115.40 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person shall drive any taxicab carrying passengers for hire in Kill Devil Hills without having a valid taxicab driver permit, hereinafter in this subchapter referred to as a "permit," issued to him by the Chief of Police or his designee.
