§ 115.03 RATES AND FARES TO BE POSTED INSIDE.
   Each taxicab operating under a certificate issued pursuant to this chapter shall have at all times prominently posted and displayed therein, so as to be visible to the passengers therein, the rates and fares for the use of such cab.
