§ 110.23 RESPONSIBILITY OF BUSINESS OWNER TO DETERMINE WHETHER TAX/FEE DUE.
   Each person has the duty to determine whether the business he conducts is subject to tax/fee under this chapter, and if so, whether that tax/fee has been paid for the current tax year.
