For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMMERCIAL DRIVEWAY. A driveway providing vehicular ingress and egress to and from property used for purposes other than residential.
RESIDENTIAL DRIVEWAY. A driveway providing vehicular ingress and egress to and from property used for residential purposes.
WIDTH. The width of a driveway where it crosses the property line.
