§ 90.08 NOTICE TO OWNER.

Any junked or abandoned motor vehicle or hazardous motor vehicle found to be in violation of this chapter may be removed to a storage area. When an abandoned or junked motor vehicle or hazardous motor vehicle is removed, the town shall give notice to the owner as required by G.S. §§ 20-219.10 and 20-219.11.
