§ 90.01 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.

The Planning Department shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of this chapter. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the legal authority of the powers of officers of the town's Police and Planning Departments in enforcing any other laws or in any other way in carrying out their duties.
