§ 73.05 RIDING BICYCLE ON ANY SIDEWALK, MULTI-PURPOSE RECREATIONAL TRIAL, OR WALKWAY.
   No person shall ride a bicycle upon any sidewalk, multi-purpose recreational trail, or walkway within the town without due caution and circumspection or in a manner likely to endanger others. All bicyclists shall yield the right-of-way to all pedestrians using said sidewalks, multi-purpose recreational trails, or walkways. Each person riding/operating a bicycle on a sidewalk, multi-purpose recreational trail or walkway shall obey all state statutes that apply to bicycles on public sidewalks, multi-purpose recreational trails or walkways.
