(A) No water shall be used for tapping, washing or jetting pilings. No water shall be drawn from town owned fire hydrants by anyone other than authorized town employees or others authorized by the Utilities Division. Water may be used for washing electric lines.
(B) Any individual service outside the corporate limits shall be made only upon approval of the Board of Commissioners unless delegated to the Town Manager.
(C) Connection to the water system is conditioned upon availability of adequate lines and pressure serving any property.
