(A) Upon a determination by the Police Department that a house no longer meets the established criteria for a McGruff House, written notification of the Program participant's revocation shall be hand-delivered to the participant and the McGruff House symbol shall be immediately returned to the Police Department.
(B) In the event a participant voluntarily resigns from the Program, the McGruff House symbol shall be returned to the Police Department with the participant's written resignation.
