§ 32.24 MEMBERSHIP IN PROGRAM.
   Upon a finding that the applicant meets the criteria established by the Police Department for becoming and maintaining a McGruff House and the receipt of a signed statement from the applicant whereby the applicant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations established by the Police Department for the Program and any other criteria the Police Department may deem necessary, the Chief of Police may designate the applicant as a McGruff House and issue the applicant the McGruff House symbol. The McGruff House symbol shall be placed on the outside of the house and displayed so that it is easily visible from the street.
