(A) The Mayor may permit a person to keep or maintain rabbits at a property within the village only for the purpose of the raising and maintenance of the rabbits in connection with 4-H Youth Programming.
(B) In connection with 4-H Youth Programming, the permit shall be limited to a specific property, a temporary time period, and a set number of rabbits, and it shall expire upon the completion of the 4-H Youth Program.
(C) Any rabbit kept or maintained in the village pursuant to a permit issued by the Mayor shall be kept in a cage. Such cage may not be located in front yard or side yard areas. The cage shall be covered and kept clean.
