3-16-6: COMPLY WITH OTHER REGULATIONS:

Nothing in this chapter shall excuse or relieve the owner, proprietor, or person in charge of the premises where tattooing or body piercing services are provided from the restrictions and requirements of any other ordinance or ordinances of the Village or the statutes of the State of Illinois.
