3-16-4: MINORS, RESTRICTIONS:

Sales To Minors, Mental Incompetents: No licensee shall provide tattooing or body piercing services to any person who is not reached the age of twenty-one (21) or to any intoxicated person, or to any person known by him to be insane, feeble minded or a distracted person. (Ord. 20-O-012, 8-18-2020)
