Pursuant to 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/20-204, the Village hereby adopts in entirety the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-100 et seq., as heretofore or hereafter amended, and the same are hereby adopted as ordinance provisions of the Village. Any violation of said provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code shall hereinafter be considered a violation of this Chapter, and each such violation shall subject the violator, upon conviction, to the same penalty as set forth in the Illinois Vehicle Code.
