To accomplish the foregoing purpose, sections 11-208.3 and 11-208.6 of the Illinois vehicle code 1 are hereby adopted in their current form and as they may be amended from time to time for adjudication of vehicular regulation and automated traffic law violations to the extent permitted by the Illinois constitution.
