No person shall smoke in a public place or in any place of employment or within fifteen feet (15') of any entrance to a public place or place of employment. No person may smoke in any vehicle owned, leased, or operated by the village. Smoking is prohibited in indoor public places and workplaces unless specifically exempted by section 9-11-7 of this chapter. (Ord. 08-O-1002, 2-4-2008)
