9-1-3: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The board of trustees shall adopt rules and regulations. These rules shall apply to all members of the department.
The "Rules and Regulations, Kildeer Police Department, Kildeer, Illinois" dated December 3, 1990, a copy of which is on file in the office of the village clerk, is made a part hereof by reference, setting forth the rules and regulations. Said rules and regulations may be amended from time to time. (Ord. MM-O-806A, 7-3-2000)
