Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Any person, firm, or corporation who shall be convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense.
