8-10-1: INCORPORATION OF PROVISIONS:

A. Fire Code: The 2009 International Fire Code, chapter 3, section 307 is hereby expressly incorporated in this Code as if fully set forth herein. Copies of said provisions are available for purchase or inspection at the Village Hall during normal business hours. (Ord. 17-O-005, 4-18-2017, eff. 4-18-2017)
