8-3-4: REVOCATION OF LICENSE:

The village president may revoke a food dispenser's license at any time by notice in writing whenever it shall appear that the licensee has failed to maintain proper sanitary conditions and compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of the village or the Lake County health department.
