8-3-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:
   A.   Application, Contents:
      1.   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or operate the business of food dispenser without first having obtained a license to do so.
      2.   Written application therefor, verified under oath, shall be filed with the village clerk.
      3.   The village administrator shall cause an investigation to be made by the Lake County health department and other officers and employees to determine whether the applicant complies with the requirements of all applicable laws and village ordinances, as well as the rules and regulations of the Lake County health department.
      4.   If the foregoing investigation shows proper sanitary conditions and compliance, the village administrator shall issue a license to the applicant upon payment of the license fee provided therefor.
   B.   Expiration Date: Such food dispenser's license, as required by the preceding subsection, shall not be transferable and shall expire on June 30 of the year for which the same is issued.
   C.   Posting Of License: Every person licensed as a food dispenser shall immediately post the license upon the store door or window where such business is authorized to be conducted. (Ord. 05-O-936, 6-6-2005)
